I ordered 2 Platinum Zero Gravity chairs for my daughter from QVC,saw they were sent by Sun Joe.One chair was missing the BUNGEE CORD for the pillow.Called Q told them if I could some how gets cord for the one chair was told I would have to send chair back,CRAZY , but was told there was no more platinum lounger,plus daughter wanted only platinum. My daughter did make a call to Sun Joe gave information never heard back. I did see on website after she didn't hear back from anyone at Sun Joe I went ahead and ordered the one cord, the shipping was OUTRAGEOUS,for something that small and light. But knew it was a gift and wanted her and son in law to both have the use of the pillows for their chair.
