While we hope you’re thrilled with your purchase, we understand that sometimes returning your Bliss Hammocks® product (“Product”) may be necessary. Below, you’ll find the details of our refund process and conditions.
Refund Eligibility
Bliss Hammocks offers a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the date you received your Product for a refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost and any Return Label fee (calculated by the shipping carrier). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you are returning the Product due to a defect or damage, the Return Label fee will be waived. Our warranty gives you specific legal rights beyond this Refund Policy, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the authorized retailer.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please visit our Help Center, or call us at 1-(866)-255-3708, available Monday through Sunday, 10 AM–6 PM EST. Once you’ve arranged your return and the Product is received, Bliss Hammocks will refund your original payment method. This Refund Policy is subject to the terms outlined in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This Refund Policy supersedes any previously stated refund policies online or printed.
