I finally set up my hammock and it’s super cute. It just unfolds so no crazy assembly. My only issue is the cushion is too small. It’s at least 5 inches too small around. In the pic the cushion is edge to edge. Anyway- to make it look like that i have to pull it to the front and put all the pillows on the back. I wish the pillow fully covered the seat.

I thought I was getting a good deal on a new item, but this chair has clearly been used before and the pillows are stained. I also fail to understand how it can be sold for outdoor use as the cotton rope has not been treated. Lastly, the pictures suggest that the round cushion covers the entire bottom of the chair, but it's much smaller than that.

I’ve been waiting for 12 days for Bliss customer service to respond to my email. Their customer help line is a generic help centre and they don’t follow through with say they are going to do. So sadly I won’t get much use out of this chair in California because it’s sitting in Canada.

There is nothing else out there like this chair! I have had to purchase extras as gifts because the minute someone sits on it they fall in love. It is bigger than a standard swing chair but 2 people fit comfortably. Love taking naps on swing chair!
United StatesGreat hammock, but pillows not
I picked this up after it went on clearance for $150, as compared to the original price of $500. I installed the hammock with relative ease, excited to have a comfortable lounging area with my partner. The hammock is of solid quality, and the macrame has some give to it, so you end up nested in it fairly well. The disappointment to me were the included pillows. Where both the box and the product pictures show a plush nest of oversized pillows, what was actually included were undersized. The seat pillow itself does not reach to the edges of the hammock, and it and the other pillows squish flat to nearly nothing if any weight is applied to them. I deducted two stars for this, but if it came as advertised it would have easily been a 5 star hammock. I'm glad I didn't buy it at the full price.
