Where is My Order?

We have been receiving a high volume of requests and orders. Due to COVID-19, we are understaffed and are experiencing longer than normal processing and response times including updating order statuses. We are trying our best to accommodated everyone. Please allow up to 15 business days for it to be shipped from our warehouse. Once it is shipped, it will take up to 5 business days to arrive at your destination, depending on the destination and courier's schedule.


Order Status Meaning:

Awaiting Fulfillment = we received your order

Pending = your order is processing

Shipped or Complete = it has shipped and tracking may be available. If tracking is available for your order on our website, it may take up to 24 hours for your shipment to appear in the carrier's system.
