The pillow that was supposed to come with the chair was not in the shipping box. The company has been contacted twice and I have yet to receive a pillow. The chair is not comfortable to use without the pillow.
I would have liked to have had more color choices, otherwise a great product!
Unfortunately the item was purchased on June 14. As of this date I have not received (June 28). Called customer service last Friday because I have already billed for the item. It is to ship later this week. No information was reported from Bliss to tell me of a back order or the estimated shipment date. Very disappointed since I have already been billed and NO information regarding the delay.

Funny that I got a request to review my order but I have not received my order!!! I purchased two chairs on June 7, 2021 and it’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received a shipping confirmation let alone my order. I emailed customer service a week ago and still no shipping confirmation. Starting to get concerned and will likely reach out to my credit card company to have this cancelled as a fraudulent company unless I receive a shipping confirmation this week. This is ridiculous.
