Shipping & Returns

Returns:

Customers will have two weeks from the date of the purchase of merchandise to return items received damaged.  An image of the item with the receipt must be sent to (admin@blisshammocks.com) Please include your name, address, phone and e-mail for a representative to contact you.

Please keep all original packaging materials in the event you are asked to return the product to us.

Any item returned due to “Buyer’s Remorse” will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as the shipping cost of the returned item.

Return labels are not provided by us. If you purchased our product from another vendor, please check their specific return/exchange policy. 

 

Shipping:

Bliss Hammocks ships at the standard published shipping rates via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. If you have a specific preference for the shipment of your order, please write to us at orders@blisshammocks.com before placing the order so we can ensure that your order is processed correctly.
